Refund Policy for Midwest Tri-State NAVHDA (MWTS)

At MWTS, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our members and provide them with training opportunities for them and their versatile hunting companions. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

1. Annual Membership Fees:
   • MWTS offers membership plans for both new and renewing members.
   • Refunds for membership fees will be provided within 30 days of the initial purchase if the member is dissatisfied with training days and what they are learning.
   • After 30 days, refunds will not be issued for membership fees.
2. Training Season Land Access Fees:
   • MWTS offers members the opportunity to purchase a pass to have access to the training ground at their convenience other than when the club is having a planned event including training days, test days, or special events.
   • Refunds for land access fees will be provided within 15 days of the initial purchase if the member is dissatisfied with the training grounds and/or ability to use it when they need to.
   • After 15 days, refunds will not be issued for land access fees.
3. Special Event Registrations:
   • Members may register for events organized through MWTS.
   • Refunds for event registrations will be issued if MWTS cancels the event or the member cancels their registration at least 7 days before the event date.
   • Refunds will not be provided for event registrations canceled within 7 days of the event date.
4. AKC or NAVHDA Hunt Tests:
   • Members and Guests may register their dog(s) for Hunt Tests that are coordinated by MWTS throughout the training season.
   • Refunds for Hunt Tests (AKC or NAVHDA) will be issued of MWTS cancels the hunt test or the Member / Guest cancels the registration for their dog at least 60 days prior to the hunt test date.
   • Refunds will not be provided for hunt test registrations canceled within 60 days of the hunt test date.
5. Special Circumstances:
   • In special circumstances, such as billing errors or extenuating circumstances, MWTS may issue refunds at its discretion.

To request a refund, users should contact MWTS via email to mwtsnavhda@gmail.com with their order details and the reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Please note that this refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of the MWTS Executive Counsel. Members are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any updates or revisions.
